Abstract

The national democratic ideas of the intelligentsia of Kazakhstan at the beginning of the last century had a significant influence on public consciousness. They served as the basis for organizing society at a high level. The creative research of the Kazakh intelligence , which considered ways to create a national state during the period of dissemination of various opinions, points of view and theories, had an effective impact on public consciousness and opened the way for the formation and self-determination of the nation in the future.

The article presents a philosophical analysis of the ideological aspects of the political and cultural life of representatives of the Kazakh intelligence , who sought to create national statehood by opposing the totalitarian system. The national and liberal democratic ideas of the Alashorda government are of great importance for the political development of today's independent Kazakhstan.

During periods of political instability, the socio-philosophical thoughts and positions of the Kazakh intelligence become the main reference point for society and laid the foundation for the spread of a spirit of interest and consolidation of the nation around common values. Adaptation of the Kazakh land to new political and cultural changes while maintaining political independence, territorial integrity and national values united them for a common goal and a common idea. Efforts aimed at achieving freedom, equality, political literacy of the people, freedom of speech and press, preservation of human rights and national values, ensuring equal opportunities, freedom of women show wide scope of the ideological orientation of the teachings of intellectuals.

The author examines the impact of the socio-philosophical ideas of the Kazakh intelligence on public consciousness, assesses the role of the nation in the consolidation, the educational potential of the intelligence.
